Your Divest PIN is what protects sensitive in-app actions such as converting crypto to cash and changing your settings. If you’ve forgotten your PIN or simply want to change it, you can reset it at any time from your Profile page, as long as you’re signed in to the app. Here’s exactly how:

• Open your Divest app and sign in if you haven’t already.

• On your homepage, tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.

On your Profile page, scroll down to the Security section and tap Reset PIN.

When prompted, enter your current (old) PIN to verify it’s really you.

Enter your old PIN to continue

Create your new 4-digit PIN. Choose something you’ll remember but that others can’t easily guess ; avoid obvious sequences like 1234 or your birth year.

Re-enter the new PIN to confirm it. Once confirmed, your PIN is updated immediately and will be required the next time you perform a sensitive action on the app.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, no worries; here’s how to reset it:

Tap “Reset My PIN”
Tap “Generate OTP Code”
Check your registered email for the 4-digit code.
Enter the code and set your new PIN

Your new PIN is active immediately after this step.
